Information extracted 2013 Annual Report.

As at 06 May 2014, the top 30 share holders are holding 64.79% and all except one appears to be non-syariah person or entity.

Don't see how non SC will have a major impact on the share price. Today's price drop seems to be in tandem will the overall market performance.

Maybe the operator is using the non SC issue as an excuse to push down the price. See how things go tomorrow. Should have a rebound soon, I guess.

Business as usual. Nothing spectacular. All depends on operator to push the price up or down. Watch how it goes tomorrow.

I will consider going back into IFCAMSC only after it is confirmed that it is still syariah compliance this Friday (28/11/14). If not, got no confidence to hold.

when is due date for son convert to mother. If not convert it, any problem ?

Later if mother declare high dividend, then better convert coz warrant not entitled to dividend.

For now, no need worry.

For me, no issue whether it is SC or not. It is just tor ee one!!!

Look at GenM and Genting, trading as usual.

Orion, it is difficult to avoid trading syariah-compliant stocks coz >70% of Bursa is in the list.

Even PM Corp and MP Corp is in there, haha.

@hallick, conversion fee, and additional amount -> if u got 10,000 lot *0.10sen = rm 1k

pls correct me if am wrong :)

cassyee is correct. (10,000 shares instead of lot)

You need to pay 10sen per share. For 10,000 shares, you pay 10,000 X 0.1 = RM1,000

Also have to pay RM20 for each CDS a/c for credit of the mother shares.
