The company worth more than the current market cap, because 2bil now is only close to 10% of RHB shares holdings. And, we haven't looked at other assets (hotels, constructions, property development/construction, cable etc.) this business owns.

u need to pay RM.70 to convert the warrant to mother shares, if TA stays below 0.70. It doesn't make any sense to exercise the warrant conversion, where you can now buy at 0.57

I'd say the profit is non-cash. During last year RHB right issuance purchase, they issued MTN for 950million and took out 750mil... u got to look at very long term for this business
