Hope the company will benefit from the export business

I have been with TA for more than 5 years, it used to be a very healthy and solid company with current ratio close to 3-5.

To fuel the growth, the company borrowed heavily to acquire assets (like hotels etc.) to provide the steady income stream for future. the total liabilities (3.4bil) has surpassed the total shareholders equity (3.1bil). I would love to see the companies to grow too!!!!

It's fundamentally strong, but deeply undervalued!

i believe they r playing w the accounting method... this is not the first time

Becoz he got a lot of money to buy his own shares....lolxxx... maybe he believe TA is undervalued, and may be targeted by speculator given pro-long depressed share value

The last time he took our money to expand the business, it ended up losing 300 millions now... we dun even know whether "the management" will do the 'right thing' this round. Yet, I saw them taking millions of directors fee every YEAR!!!

If we take, u don't know what will they do with our money again... either way, we don't take, our shares get diluted heavily... based on their track record of makan-ed shareholders money, I say "no"

hahaha... not sure though... that's why I think he needed to gain control over OSKPROP and PJDEV.. there's some cash in these companies...Most of the banks recently are asking money either from shareholders or offering high FD rate to their customer... it's time to accumulate more bullets for our future use.

Interestingly, OSK is going to fully subscribed the entitled right shares of 9.97%. A rough calculation will cost the company 200mil over to do so.. but where the boss get the money from??

Time to collect more!

p/s: though existing OSKH holder did not receive any shares, but the shareholders equity will be broaden... indirectly diluted the shares value

I am wondering....since OSKH has issued so many shares now stands at 1.402b.. why the shares price wasn't X? adjusted 20% downward like when we receive the dividend... anyone has an idea?

No where that OSK will keep giving out dividend, where the "share of associates profits" are reinvested into RHB shares.... 15mil just went back last year... technically, OSK received 5k + profits only... that's the key reason for the OLH to acquire these two properties companies to supply stream of cash flow to the organization. Would some enlighten me? tak tau le...

Will TA be exposed to any Forex loss due to RM depreciation? TA has so much of foreign debts... anyone has an idea?

those directors sold theirs shares earlier and now coming back with IRREVOCABLE UNDERTAKING to subsribe their entiled rights shares PLUS additional undertaking

our ONLY hope is company will not wind up a.k.a. close shop. No one is there to steer the ship, looking at the latest annual report, there's no substantial shareholder at all.... have not seen this happened in any healthy listed company before
