Why did ONG disposed almost 10m shares within Sep , almost 1/3 of his holding ???

Why did Mr Lim disposed 100k shares at 0.24= RM24K which is just a very small fraction of his holding , almost neither here or there (5354) !!! What was his motive ???

TP 0.45-0.50 is on the way when 4G is fully active & increase sales on smartphone , results will b more apparent in mid 2013 , meantime it will trade like "kangaroo" between 0.32 to 0.39 for short term , I think LOL
