The Malaysia crack spread and gross profit
The price for 1 litre of RON97 is RM4.84.
1 barrel = 159 litres.
1 USD = RM4.40
1 barrel of RON97 = USD4.84/4.40*159 = USD174.90.
1 barrel of Brent crude oil = USD112.90.
Gross profit = USD62.00

Even we take the net profit to be 600 million, the EPS is = 2.00 for Q2 2022 result.
If this type of net profit can be maintained in Q3 and Q4 2022 results, EPS for FY2022 is > 6.00.
No stock in KLSE can have this type of EPS.

I do not know the refined derivative contracts of Hengyuan, hence I really do not know anything on this subject.

Based on probability's calculation, the refined derivative losses is estimated to be RM200 million.

Should cut loss because I told my group to buy Hengyuan a few days ago.
Should only buy in August 2022 when the crack spread can maintain at USD30.
Should cut loss now and buy back at 3.00.

FA of Hengyuan is very good.
No question on it.
The problem is market sentiment is very bad.
Investors do not care about FA, they worried about recession in the US.
The US stock market will not perform well if there is a recession.
It is always very unfair to Malaysian investors, the US stock market is up, we up a bit.
When it is a big drop in the US stock market, KLSE will purge.
