The effect of the increase in stamp duty tax
1.) Our KLSE is a very small market, there are very small in term of market capitalization.
2.) All the shares quoted in KLSE are dirt cheap, many of them are less than USD10 cents in their share prices.
3.) The new rule to increase stamp duty rate to 0.15% with capping at RM1,000 is not a good move by the government. This will reduce the volume of transaction in KLSE especially to the traders.
4.) Big foreign funds may not be interested to invest in KLSE again because the stamp duty tax at 0.15% is very high.
KLSE is already ignored by many fund managers, this increase will make the situation worse.

The management of Wong refused to meet the fund managers, hence the share price cannot perform for years.
The share price of Kobay is at 6.05, they are in the same industry.
The ratio of the PAT of Kobay compared to Wong is 9720/2834 = 3.43. If the share price of Wong can perform strongly like Kobay in 2022, Mr Market will give the target price of Wong equal to 6.05/3.43 = 1.76.
I hope the management of Wong will meet the fund managers soon.
Without the fund managers to invest in this stock, Wong will not perform well.
I hope the management of Wong will change for good.

The profit from Supermx is enough for rr88 to work for a whole life.

September 2022 is not due yet.
The share price of Hiaptek is only 2 cents below my cost, still can afford to lose.
I do not admit defeat yet.
KLSE is a bear market in 2021, hence it is very difficult to make money.
No point to talk on Hiaptek everyday, I just wait patiently until September 2022.
Hiaptek has disappointed me in 2021, hopefully it will not disappoint me in 2022.
I still have a lot of money to invest in KLSE, I will focus on other stocks to make money first.

The technical chart of AYS is still an up trending stock.
The share price of AYS is still higher than 200-day SMA.
MACD showed a buy signal, likewise Parabolic SAR also showed a buy signal.

My FA strategy is
cannot buy the stock if the 2 consecutive quarters results showed a reduction in PAT.
I did not consider any MCO shutdown because this event is not the fault of the management of the company.
