The RSS volume can be either short or recover. If you think all the RSS volume = short. Then this is naive. Look at the L-V

They are buying back slowly, few lots each time. So it won't trigger the price up. I think the shark press down to this price and buy back to reduce their losses

Top Glove: 1,610,000 (11% of total volume)
Hartalega: 695,100 (29% of total volume!!!)
