the question is
1)will CREC +IWH accept this deal? as new term to built 10000 affordable house added,
the project must fully participated by bumiputra company
let say i unit will cost RM100K, CREC +IWC need to absorb 1 Billion of building cost,
this is huge amount.
CREC +IWH must reward all the tender to bumiputra company , this is another big issue.
BN not impose such rule before.

He mentioned, PH needs at least six more months to show the ppl they are better choice.
