i'm not so positive as their CFO just traded 500,000 shares of his ESOS, meaning that the private placement may just be taken up by their own shareholders or related party in order to raise fund for their property project in Johor. However, let's see

They may hold the price at 73/74 level today because the listing of private placement is effective tomorrow

As expected, the price of private placement just annouced, it was 58.5 sen, it means that the current push to 73/74 maybe ended soon

I guess that the private placement will be taken up by the major shareholder, the control it very well, pressing down the price to around 60+ sen before the determination of the price, and as the private placement is always set at 10% discount of the average, their cost could be just 50+ sen. They then push up the price to 70-80, or beyond and distributed to the retail market, brilliant strategy. As the results, they got their additional capital and the same time earn huge profit from this. Just my guessing..

I think the surge this round is related to the private placement where they need the money for their property project in johor and selayang

Hesitate to enter at this level and sceptical that Tan Sri Liew will take over Salcon, because his son already operating a company in johor and if he takes over, what will happen to the few hundreds existing Salcon staffs who doesn't has property development experience

Am hoping that it will repeat the trend of cliq wa. It is a huge regret of me, I sold the cliq wa for 25.5 after the price stagnant for few days, a week after I sold, it flew to 30+ then 50! Crazy. Hope that sona wa is controlled by the same syndicate with similar strategy

Another point to take note is that their CFO just filed in that he wish to transact his 500 lots of ESOS, when the key staff is selling, that means the share price has reached it's peak and no much upside

I really bang my head on cliq wa, I bought at 0.195 sold at 0.22, bought again at 0.245 sold at 0.265 after that it went all the way up to 0.50, this round I have decided to lock all my sona wa until it reach 0.50

I bought sona at 0.24, I sold my luster at 0.095

I cut loss on Ingenco and Luster, bleed heavily, put all my hope on Sona recover my loss

the buy rate is so high now at 80%

what will be the range today? between 0.255 to 0.27?

The mother is lagging behind, some one has to push the mother in order to move the son, like Cliq

Just read the annoucement on the private placement , is for the Johor Project, The Gross Profit is approximately RM230mil, however the whole project will only be completed by 2021, is good project, but takes too long to realise the profit
