lincm86 u r very wrong to believe that , developer starts to generate income follow the payment schedule in SPA, the very first income is 10% downpayment upon signing of SPA, follow by completion of foundation work. Upon handover time, left only can collect very minimum. Hope this help u to understand correctly for investing your fund in any developer share counter.

After Ah Liew, Ah Chang, Ah Voon chair the company, no more dividend because as Bluebiznet highlighted, Ah Liew bo lui owe lui to many many ppl now. I am disappointed w EcoWorld brand for no reward to his IPO supporters. LKS u are lucky to have a group of supporters. But this round u did not show up your power like last time u did in Setia.

Short or long term, this stock is game over if u look back the performance last year. I hv been holding it for more than a year and i gain zero from it. They hv cash flow issue. I don really like cosmetic window dressing though, but look, they don even bother to hv it dress up. U know what i mean. U will need to hold it for long long long term.

Recommend to buy now since they are expanding aggressively.

ks55, sound good for KimLun-WA for adding to one portfolio. But we still prefer mother stock rather than WA as it investment prospect is at different level and grade. In fact we just enjoy Setia all time best dividend and thats how their management reward the investor handsomely. If that still cant reflect how the strong fundamental of Setia, then look how they give away Employee Share Grand Plan for free! Just wonder if u hv missout the news on new launch at Melbourne & Singapore. All goody goods in a plate & u cant possibly to miss it.

be kind, thats the solid reason why its at this level now (from 4 to 3.4). If u follow their filing to Bursa then u can know what happen. It will go up again after this exercise then only it makes all sense. How far it can go up? With so many positive corporate announcements, the only way it can move is going up to TP 4 & beyond.
