people push up the oil price because they are expecting the oil price to be stabilize at above 50 dollar , do u think that the share price move up purely because of the oil price? is the news that the investor believe in, as time goes there will be more professionals starting to analyse the situation and make prediction and people fear that it will be a fail meeting again as u can see from the past history that most of them didnt not come with the agreement to cut down production.
