@MasInvest, the volume reached at least 15m since last monday, nothing special about it, good sign if the volume can continue to stay strong above 15m..

I think in this way - Celcom / Maxis already build their own infra, unlikely TM will make offer (TM always DIY), i don't think any foreign fund/company will come over and help. So DIGI is the only and last choice for Gpacket.

At the same time, for DIGI, they are now lack behind on their competitors, time is money for them, and they already plan to spend money on LTE, now they have a great chance to fight against maxis/celcom if they willing to top up a bit.

If they buy over P1, they are not buying p1 only, but also their customer.

Either both parties die, or win-win situation, my 2 cents...

at least 0.80, based on my opinion. MKland has a huge potential because of its assets, if you look into their balance sheet..
Once the uptrend mode started and all blocks cleared, at least RM0.80, imagine back to the year 2003, it was 1.8..

Now assume you're DIGI CEO:

1. need to spend 650m to build LTE using unknown time (6 months/1 year/2 years?) and many unknown uncertainty (project fail? technical expertise?)
2. spend 1b to buy out a ready company to provide worldwide LTE coverage (with support team ready)

By selecting option 1, you can save at least 350m, but also be ready to lose your customer to competitors that providing LTE, I assume that most of the peoples start changing to LTE next year, unlimited loss (if a customer go away from using your service, they will seldom come back)

By selecting option 2, you can "wasting" at least 350m (we not sure about the buy-out price yet), but you're ahead of your competitors that only provide coverage in Klang Valley area/Selangor.

I believe DIGI is an ambitious company that want to move infront of Maxis & TM, they try so hard in these many years. But your decision, good luck bro...

@Jenphang, if you're not buying for million dollar, just q at 0.625, later you miss it because of 0.005 :)

with 2 cents dividend this year, I assume next year will be same, by cash in with price 0.36, we can earn 5.55% dividend which is much better than FB.

And MKland still stand with strong fundamental, this is not for fast cash, but for those with patience. This is what I can see...

I've followed this share since March this year, i need someone more experience advise in this share..

The volume is strong in 0.36-0.365, seems like new supporting price already firm.
Thinking to cash in now and hold it for 1-2 years.

Next year by counting the income from land disposal this year, MKland should be sitting in positive cash flow already, and in between, if any big company annouce their interest to take over MKLand or purchase their land, Kasi already slowly stop disposing his share, or I should say the bank already slowly stop disposing.

Any advise? I expect at least 50% increase by end of next year.

3. Not sure. Stay away from this counter.

It's all your decision. I'm the supporter of 1st choice, but I'm always ready with cut loss target.

Should be 1.4-1.5, but I don't take 100%, around 0.8 - 1 should be good price to exit..

from what I can see, no more uptrend for rumour, at most 0.65, but if annouce with fact, at least shoot up to 0.8!

The reason I join in a very last minute because I strongly believe the deal will be success, there's no other option for both party. I don't buy on rumour so I miss the 1st big boat, but fact can earn me a little as well. Have faith! Good luck guys.. Thanks MasInvest for sharing

Mkland real value should be discovered next year since Kasi share keep reducing already, slowly will back to the market to control this counter.
