EPS for 2018:

PBT 2017 of 972M
Take out inventory Gain of 400M, True PBT = 572M
Considering only 3 Qtr out of 4 Qtr in operation due to Upgrade & MTA,
Expected PBT for 2018 = (3/4)*572M = 429M

Consider inventory loss of at least 100M, Net PBT = 329M
PAT for 2018 = 246 M
EPS for whole year 2018 = 74 cents

Capex of 160M was only budgetted, there is no certainty it will result with Tax reduction.

Also the tax benefit only becomes apparent when there is a good PBT to start with.

There is much bigger potential for a heavier inventory loss exceeding 200M.

EPS 74 cents is not worth it considering there is no certainty the upgrade will be successful.

I trust with the above presentation, 2 cents dividend given makes better sense now.
