I think prevailing sentiments are also good for TG qr announcement next week .....PM just announced new economic stimulus package ...and shud announce abolishment of PMO or at least less stringent PMO ...ie. people will be back at normal routine ...Wall Street spike ...Agong's bday ....all these may instill confidence to reach the TP of 23 ...
