True...it is win win...but it wun get back the premium is use to have loh. No more the 20% profit it use to enjoy that is almost without risk.. Now need to work the butt off make sure keep an eye on the project. Any issue will just reduce the profit and possible record loss.

if want to talk about high NTA vs price, should look at Bpuri. 4 times the price. but why is the price so low? this is because Bpuri profit margin is so damm slim. Only 5-7%. Any mistake or delay will just wipe out the profit. Gamuda used to have very high profit margin. Between 20-25%. That is why the price is at premium. But with this new development, i believed it will be squeeze below 10%.

spot on on what stockraider said. Gamuda this time really caught between a hard place and a rock. Get back project also die....dun get also die. But in this situation, i think better to get back project la. Even at breakeven or at small loss also better than all the chao, uncertainty and lawsuit. If drop to 1.80, i buy some to keep la. As for the NTA 3+, that 1 no need talk le. The machinery will value thart much when there is project on hand. When there is none, it is just a piece of metal. Also bear in mind, Gamuda operate in a niche market and those machinery does not appeal to the masses in construction, ie.....piece of scrap metal.

just read from edge, the cancellation is about RM 5 billion + for Gamuda. 6% out of it is about RM 300M - Rm350M. Meaning loss of profit by RM300 + million?

Did you know last Q only 2 offtake? When did they sell? North sabah is doing major maintenance. U know o not? How much output north sabah tis Q? N bla bla bla. Kena shoot until face green green. He does sound like a sore loser but think of it, he does make sense also. .

it goes back to supply and demand. If there is no demand, how do i sell of my current supplies without affecting the price? So, i guess somehow i must promote more to generate interest so that some good samaritan will buy off my hand and while i clear my stock.
