LTA,I heard rumors saying AirAsia is planning for privatization, my question is, if I don't sell my share even Tony got 90% and the privatization is successful, what will happen to my share? Will it become toilet paper?


no choice d if is over 90 percent ,, it become compulsory n will pay u back in cash according to the offer price ..
only a company delisted because of unfit to list due to poor financial or public share holding etc .. then only u become a unlist share holder , not in mgo :)
