The owner and contractor is Serba Dinamik. Where is Serba Dinamik going to get all the funds from? Serba is now a real estate developer and contractor.

On the other hand, i see the synergy between Serba Dinamik IT and the development. Serba IT has a range of interesting products. Was impressed with the range of IT products.

What do you guys think of the Abu Dhabi RM 7.7 billion job ? On the surface, it looks attractive. Looking into the details, Serba Dinamikk is branching into lump sump real estate + IT infrastructure construction. I am concerned it is moving away from its core competency of machinery and O&G business. Most of the existing Serba jobs were reimbursable and immune to oil prices.

Pecan Project by Aker Energy has been cancelled. Not viable becuase the breakeven price is 49USD.

As a machinery engineer, the harder you run your machines, the more maintenance is required. Qatar, Saudi, Malaysia and all the oil producing countries will need to pump more to maintain the same cashflow. This is where Serba Dinamik comes in.

Philip. Thank you for your guidance. Will spend a few hours to go through your notes. Especially on the Petrochemical business. A lot of information for an upstream guy. I am 40 by the way. Working in offshore, onshore and subsea.

I am a beginner with no experience. You had an interesting comment on LCTITAN, saying PCHEM production prices will be equivalent to LCTITAN's raw material costs. Is there an article i can read to understand the Petrochemical business?
