seems like Ata and SkP may have big drop tomorrow. They all mainly depend on UK boss, and their size are much smaller than VS. But their prices are higher than VS now...tomorrow all skk..

On behalf of the Board, Affin Hwang IB wishes to announce that the Board has resolved to fix the exercise price of the Warrants to be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue of Warrants at RM0.83 per Warrant ("Exercise Price"), after taking into consideration the following:



(i) the historical price movement of N2N Shares;



(ii) the 5-day VWAP of the N2N Shares immediately preceding the price-fixing date, with a discount of not more than 10%;



(iii) the prevailing market conditions; and



(iv) the future working capital requirements of N2N Group.



The Exercise Price represents a discount of RM0.05 or approximately 5.68% to the 5-day VWAP of the N2N Shares up to and including 14 December 2018 (being the last trading date immediately preceding the price-fixing date) of RM0.88 per Share ("5-Day VWAP").



Further, the Exercise Price represents a discount of RM0.04 or approximately 4.60% to the theoretical ex-bonus price of N2N Shares of RM0.87, calculated based on the 5-Day VWAP.
