Of all the glove stocks, I have always believed in Harta over the years because I see it as the most fundamental of all the glove stocks. The rest can be quite speculative. Even the hyped up Topglove can be quite speculative. That's my opinion.

There are still no real reports on the illegal cigarette situation during this MCO so we don't know the hard facts and real statistics. All I know is that BAT is an undervalued stock whichever way you look at it. I'm banking on this stock for the future even if I may have to wait a while.

Something is holding Harta back. This happened to Topglove and Kossan earlier. Crazy game of musical chairs going on in the glove sector.

Goes to show how much the glove stocks are being manipulated by inside forces. Fundamentals out the window.

What happened to Harta? All other glove stocks are like on steroids today.

I think it may hover around 13+ to 14+ range in the next couple of weeks before dividend announcement. Fingers crossed upcoming dividend will be decent, then it should surge again.

Yes, I also expect dividend yield to be around 6+% this year. I am also expecting the revenue to be decent in these times of Covid crisis as more people are watching TV at home. Astro is not a company that I like because it's a monopoly and is owned by a crook. Only bought because of decent dividend and has a sustainable business during Covid crisis period.

I expect BAT to slow down a bit today and Friday. It has been a speed train the past 2 weeks. Need to rest a bit. I could be wrong.

Yes, OPR cuts will only push high dividend stocks like BAT up. Very soon BAT will be back to the 15+ ringgit range which was it's price at the start of the year.

BAT from red can turn green on the same day. It has done that twice in the past 10 days I believe. Goes to show it's rebound strength.

When times are bad, people are stressed and smoke more. If covid crisis can somehow reduce illegal cigarettes by 20% or more, it will do wonders for BAT. Govt also need tax money coz they spent so much on stimulus package already.

At first I also thought Kossan would perform well as the third big player with quite low PE ration after Topglove and Harta. But it has underperformed and the movement of its prices is very erratic compared to other glove stocks. It made me wonder what the hell is going on with this stock. Today I gave up and let it go. I hope I don't regret it but wish you guys good luck.

Amazing it has clawed its way up to almost last close price. Market down close to 30 points and all big blue chips are down quite a lot but BAT pretty resilient. Guess I should have picked up more this morning. That's my greedy side talking..haha.

Yes, all the attention is on the Supermax, Comfort and Ruberex. I wanted to buy Comfort when it was around 1 ringgit but in the end went with Kossan the bigger player. I made the wrong choice coz Comfort has jumped up by 50% and Kossan is still ding dong. Maybe Kossan will fly later but I am tired to waiting.

Sold at 5.68. Tiny profit but as I expected this counter after go up then very fast come down. Tired of this yoyo glove counter. Gostan fits the name of this stock. Good luck to those patient Kossan investors.

Glove counter is good buy but prices are very high. I bought Kossan because I thought it has potential but it's growth is so slow that I am regretting buying it. If I compare it to Harta and Topglove which I also own a few, I think Kossan is pretty pathetic. Every week I am hoping it can break the 5.60 barrier but it is still stuck at that level. I hope other Kossan investors here can give me some optimism.

Hi Superman. Thanks for your 2 cents. Yeah, I hesitated yesterday and missed the opportunity. Below 12 ringgit I think it's still a good buy but now I really doubt it considering the volatile market conditions. Let's see if it drops next week. Sometimes greedy is good and sometimes bad. Haha.

I watched the news yesterday reported over 5 million ringgit of cigarettes that were being smuggled from Indonesia were discovered and stopped by police. Good job by our men in black.
