Cherry...I juz saw yr q on abric n Connie had said it rite..its within w4 but not at the upper end of it..it needs to break 0.645 1st to c next test at re 0.69 n higher.I wont take a risk holding it if it closes below 0.595 from now.Any sp news?

Good morning...klci..short term outlook...Its juz a technical rebound at 1st stage n expect trading to be confined within 1776-1794 over the v short term.Further upward retracement cud be expected towards 1808-13 area if 1794-96 res area is penetrated.
Med-long term outlook..its in bearish mode,probably about to end its 1st stage of w3 within the 4th major downtrend from 1896.Crucial res is at 1858 which is the point where w3 starts.Crucial sup is at 1750 n I don't expect it to be defeated so soon unless it closes below 1756 on the next assault on the downside.A break or close abv 1858 calls for a major reversal trend.
Meanwhile,lets ride within the 1776-1813 wagon,may have slight bumps on the road.Dont chase rallies.

Connie..let me warn u..don't underestimate current mjr 4...it cud go as low as 1596 on a breach of 1645...1st signal wud come on a break of 1750 on long term chart n it might take more than 2 months b4 mjr 5 starts if we r lucky.

Connie..yes..Its important 1750 holds from now,not too good on long term chart if it is penetrated.dji looks ready for a moderate correction on the downside for test of 16900ard...so,juz be a bit careful.

good morning...klci...its still within the sw3 of w5 of mjr 4.Based on my calculation,current sw3 shud end at 1750,short of 18 pips from yesterday's low.Any rebound seen from here today shud be limited to 1792-94 area.The whole 5 wave sequence of sw3 shud end at 1750 which may be seen tested over the next 5 trading days..ie if there is no extension seen on sw3.Bottom fishing?yes it might be a good idea on next dip.

Next ECB meeting,nothing new is expected...US mkt is overbot without any meaningful correction....Hope klci will hold abv 1750 over next 2 trading days.

My tp at 1724 is a conservative target n now with the oil crisis it cud turn out to be much lower for klci into yr 2015.

Cherry...current oil crisis is a complicated issue..its not juz a matter of cutting production...it is not easy to solve n oil price cud reach 38-40 dlrs ..

Cherry..as the 3rd downleg to 0.48 from 0.675 is overextended,u can take a risk starting from 0.51 as it may not go under 0.48 on current downleg.

Cherry...it hit the .618 fibo target at 0.61 n it looks like its in the final downleg which is in progress now.Not too good if it doesn't close abv 0.57 from now.Below 0.54 closing wont look good,as it shud retest or even go lower than 0.48 on current downleg,a final one.

Trader..think its fine if u hv the holding power...I like to buy stocks on dips or rallies when I c a classic patterns..think its ok to do so with tmc...good luck.
