good morning....klci...its a complicated ew structure,more so as it has not been moving in line with dji.M positive it is still within the 4th consolidation phase of mjr 3 on the long term chart.Yesterday,its strong rebound to close at 1818(expected) cud be juz a correction within the w4 of 4th of mjr 3.We still have to be cautiously bullish over the short-med(within 10 trading days) term.To confirm current upleg is the 5th upleg of 4th whereby a test abv 1858 is expected,it must 1st close abv res area 1829-1831 from now.If it succeeds to penetrate the aforesaid res area,u can be sure that the crucial sup area of 1796-1801 will hold till year end.

M seeing duit's favorite V-shaped pattern on klci short term chart progressing.Those of u who bot today can hold on to them.

Connie....Muhhibah....the 3 of W3 is still in progress..current rebound is the 4th of 3 of mjr 3...lets look at current upleg,the res lies at 2.38 which if breached wud c 2.56.it still have to complete the mjr 3 which shud end below 2.00 b4 mjr4 consolidation gets started.Where is yr risk now if u buy for contra at current lvl...yr sell stoploss is at 2.19 or 2.10!!!.

klci...after making some alternate counts,it looks more likely that the 4th downleg of major 3 from 1896 is still in progress n it cud be that its now in the w5 downleg starting from 1858.Hopefully,it wud close abv 1829 from now as that will signal for retest of res 1837,1844 n further.Based on my calculation,it shudnt break below 1801 over the near term.On the 5d chart,there is a double bottom formation n it shud rebound to test 1818,1824 over the v near term.good luck.

klci...good morning..The downside correction from 1858 may not be ending so soon n it cud go to 1805-09 area,juz a few ticks above end of w1 from 1766,b4 we c a strong rebound.Juz continue to select yr favorite or good fa stocks to trade on pullback n ignore klci.I wont shout or advise to go short here or at lower levels.good luck n happy trading.

For ew members,u can look at the price action/pattern from march-july 2014 on the long term chart,u will understand what I meant from my alternate count.IT CUD HAPPEN!

klci...its still short of 1 upleg on the long term chart.If the current downside correction from 1858 ends at 1815-20 or a close abv 1818,it shud complete its 5 wave sequence from 1766 with a new high,minimum target at 1872 which can also be qualified as an extension of w3 from 1796 b4 completing W5 of Mjr3,a more bullish scenario(on an alternate count),with a test abv 1896 b4 the year-end.So,whichever way u look at it,there shud be one more upleg to be expected from now or from 1815-20 area.good luck n happy trading...stay positive!
