You are totally correct. I can just quietly earn and don't come here to warn you dont be too optimize in warrant and take good risk management. I been lost in warrant 100% due to I don't know the calculation and no one corrections and teach me when I am still newbie in market.

This seem you dont really know how to calculate call warrant. Okay. Let using C88 as an example.

Ex.value 2.65
Ex.ratio 4.2:1
Today C88 price 2.48 (28.5.2020)

So base on the above information we see mother price need to at which level this CALL warrant just not risky

Warrant fomul= ex value + (ex ratio x call warrant price)
= 2.65+(4.2×2.48)
= almost RM13

Now mother 7.63, so this call warrant C88 is around RM 5 different. If in maturity time. Mother share cannot over this RM13. Then your C88 will totally become rubish. So now did you see how risky it can be now? Let say some guy buy in 0.45 they already earn almost 600%. But i agree now supermd tread is there so it can be continue goreng and crazy. But to make this CALL warrant back to fair value, it should be around RM1.18. So from RM 2.48 to RM 1.18. Did you see how many room you can make a lost? And let say we say supermax can hit RM12. This call warrant is also over value. So please see the risk and learn. Dont always agaist other people comment.

if I am you, i will leave C88. C88 is very risky now. The value over take mother around RM2.

If it can hit over RM 4.5 it will be good. As if base on last QR, if continue 4QR can earn the same EPS. Then RM 6.48 and RM4.5 will make it PE30. If it can over PE30, then it is very optimize by the market. Then 7 8 might be possible.

LOL. To have optimize thinking is good. But not too over...If really supermx can really hit RM21 I will be very very happy as holding supermx since pass 2year until now. But back to the real situation. RM21 for Supermax if for 35PE it EPS need to be RM0.6. Total revenue need to be around RM1.3B just able to make it. Currently Supermax revenue is just 400+m. 400m to 1.3B is around x 3 or around 800m revenue more if we count 18% PAT. Ya la. Some may say can stay the same revenue but earning more. But it will be around another 200% PAT increase wor. Are you sure? RM8 (EPS 0.23 35PE) to RM10 (EPS 0.3 35PE) for me it maybe still have possible la. Haha..

Is it too optimize for RM10 TP? Base on Supermx current result is around 0.05 EPS. If PE10 the total EPS for 4Q need to be around 0.29 with PE35. Do forget supermx sold out all his 4month store in this Q due to covid 19. So after march supermx result will be base on his live production output. If really RM10 for next 3Q their EPS need to be at least 0.07 which is around 91 to 93M PAT wor. Not sure is my calculation is correct or not. But for me if supermx can hit RM6 above, I will sell 30% of my holding to safeguard my money. Then the rest just let it fight with the market, since if really it drop down to RM0.8 i will not make any lost. Haha

@dawchok, I see you don't understand tech business. Did you know technologies everyday changing? Did you know supplier from intel also making this kind of lost when a few year back, if you notice Intel processor keep coming out new chip in a very short period of time and making alot of tiny chip company to die. After this, Intel slow down the progress to keep upgrade their intel processor.

Why tiny chip company die is because today i buy this machine able to support intel chip, but suddenly intel change it processor architecture and making the machine become useless or less profitable.
