Maybank ib aax listing openig bought more than 60 million aax shares at above rm1.15 average. Now they are telling aax target price only rm0.62 cents. It is only less than 2 years. U judge yourself? Aax and airasia both also off syariah compliant. They are the bookrunners for aax. Very2 sad. Net out rm100 millions loss for 2014. now they are telling us 2015 also loss. Then you ask them when they predict to show profit? Don't know is the answers. Aax had a new financial controller. This report contradicts what they forecast in august. Read the august report, total year loss for 2014 is rm100 millions. Correct me if I am wrong. The ceo of aax told us that 2nd half will be profit. The forecast by maybank had some predictions based on the market general uncertainty eg passenger load etc. Have they got the figure from aax? Fuel had came down 20% and it contibutes more than 50% of expenses unless as I explain ealier that they get got on long position. Aax turnover is more than rm500 millions per quarter. If they cannot get profit out of the rm500 million, then u udge by yourself! Now is a matter of u choose to follow the ceo or maybank .

You all have to differentiate between target price and down grading stock. On 14th august when aax reached 0.88, maybank ib target price is 0.72. now is it target price or downgrading it to 0.62 for margin purposes or what now? do any one have a report to show us? Mr. Govinchuah have u seen one? Down grading stocks means for margin financing bank slash it down from 100% to 80%. Maybe down grading from T1 to T.. .those who write this 0.62 in the forum, please find a copy to show us? The 3rd quarter not even out yet, base on what they write that report? Some one must help to enligten the authority so that the minority shareholder donot get OVERED BURNT. Eg.china stationary ltd. (5214) listed 24/02/2012 at rm0.95 with an issue of 133,000,000 million shares. On 22/08/2014, csl is calling at rm0.13. That is hardly 3 years. A lot of investor thinks that ipo is rm0.95. any price below the ipo is a bargain . Of course certain protections for minority shareholder are extremely hard to achieve. Eg memorandum of selling of shares by directors for a period of 3 years, profit guaranteed for at least 2 years, realistic valuation pricing of the ipo and etc2. Of course rules and regulations are sometimes make by the riches but must also give a bit of fair game for the minority shareholders.

Generally speaking, if u look at the world airline industries, some airlines make profit out of sales of aircraft ie writting back of depreciate assets . Certain airline in the world makes consistent profit in their balance sheet eg sia, hong kong cathay pacific, restructured airlines include thai airway, french airlines, quantas airline, japan airline, phillipines airlines, a few airline apply for s176 protection in us.recently french airline had turn into rm500 million profit. Of course airline industry have a different sets of customer. In december 2013, my flight to usa america by kuwait airway cost rm4350 where as singapore airline charge rm6200 average fare is above rm5000. what I am getting at is category of passengers want budget fare some want luxurious fare. Sevice industris needs very efficient customer sevices to customers. Not like calling the office phone listening to music only. Management team is a very crucial and the most2 important part. Especially come to oil fuel hedging decision. If u look at the fuel cost of airlines quarterly,some of them above rm500 millions. Some hedging are done by merchant bank some are by their own airline. U look at the swing in the oil price now.if u are in the long position in july for rm100 millions fuel, u will loss rm10 millions now. That why sometime airline profit flatulate a lot off their budged p &o accounts. Decision on forward trading could be very2 harmful to the company especially make by one man. Having said that, oil price coming down shall benefit increase the profit by at least 10% according to the oil price proportionately unless airline got caught at short position. (2) analysts pressure by the companies to review certain motives for their clients' favour (3) analysts writing reports for a favour. (4) analysts writing. False reports. So when you read them, you must analyze the value of the reports. They always put a disclaimer statement at the closing.

Ipo price maybe 1.5 to 2.0 times of net tangible asset. Stock prices are supported by earning of the company. Supply and demand of the stock. In other countries, if u present sets of accounts deviated from projection, they will charge u cbt. In usa, the technology stocks, they are allow to list the companies with projections only basing on contract achieved. But the ipo will be very low. Maybe at par only. We are not talking about pn17 counter geting money from the gorenger or lossing to the banker. Rules of thumb, how many times of nta against ipo price? any body can answer this question

Our government authority shall impose some profit guarantee for at least 2 consecutive years before they are allowed to go for listing. Otherwise the investor will suffer for their investment loss. I am not pointing finger at any counter. Any suggestion.
