@horsefield, good write-up. Only the pro are capable to invest in warrant because it required high level of financial knowledge. One must at least capable to understand the time value, option pricing method plus the future business prospect for the company.

@cytew, you understand the time value of wa. If mother reach 5.3, wa will be above 1.50. For a warrant has 10 years of long expiry time and good forward earning growth for its mother, this wa is heavily undervalue.

When Bimb was below 4 few month ago, its wa was still above 60 cents. Now, it already crawl back to 4.3, but wa was drop below 60. What to say. Someone was accumulated the wa. Just watch when it cross 4.5, how the wa will perform.
