By holding the ICULS, since it haven't been converted, the volume of the share holding is still not yet counted. Whenever condition require, they can convert it to ordinary share at their need. secondly, with a fixed amount of investment, you can get more in ICULS instead of ordinary share, so whenever the ordinary share up, the ICULS will follow as well, hence the volume x increment will give you more for those invest in ICULS.
