A common scene in the investment world. When shares up you regret, when shares down you are afraid it will down further, prefer to wait. When shares up you are reluctant to sell in afraid of it will up further!

The moment you start buying a particular shares means you have a confident on the company . When this company shares down you either keep buying or just cut loss by selling off your holdings.
