1.The major shareholder, Mr Chew sold (only holding the min reqd to maintain control), dato dahlan sold n ceased to be a substantial shareholder n so does etrs. Do ur homework...Look into the co. announcements after the private placement been made. Pls note that subsequent disposal by the substantial shareholders after filing Form29(C) need no longer be filed thus made known to the public. Only a director needs to report any transaction.

2. The common thread is that the personalities above were SELLING HEAVILY particularly after the Focus article n the denying by Mpay itself of the article's truthfulness. NONE WERE BUYING.
Who were buying then? The stockists and many small/big retailers who believe in the article yet denied by MPay.
Thats how any major shareholder, substantial shareholder, investors who took up private placement shares will be able to sell in SIZE IF NOT ALL. (Thats the same with Sumatec..made 300m placement at 38sen, drummed up the exit from PN17, which is true tho, improved earnings, the eventual involvement from institutional funds, etc etc n zoom to the 60sen level..n Sumatec key personalities exited at the 60sen level bagging a cool RM60m profits in 1 or 2 months..


3.In the case of Mpay, the TRS will surely chart a new chapter in its growth. NONE of the latest developments suggest its Mpay. Otherwise, MPAY's key personalities will SURELY BE BUYING n it would be trading closer to the 38 sen level. They sold instead to mitigate the risks should it be Iris.
If u have been in the stockmarket long enough, u would want to take heed of the key personalities ACTIONS, particularly so at this critical stage..
Currently i would estimate there's abt 50m STALEBULL shares floating in the market..pls note this, take care n do the necessary..

4. So Mpay friends..dont do WISHFUL thinking or HOPING, but STRATEGIC thinking..

MPay - expected to secure the tourist refund scheme n announced by the end of NEXT week..thats what a reliable source mentioned..in my opinion, its worth taking the risks..bcoz it can impact 5 times its revenue..its only other competitor Iris seems to have lost it....read "Madiba" 's latest comments in that forum..she is spot on all the time..i've been in Mpay for the last 7 months..n will move in some more..

Dsonic - as u may know it too, also waiting to secure the fuel subsidy mgt project..it is the most realistic candidate in my opinion..but getting almost bored with it..n i have a very big position there..held for a very long time..
