Without any doubt, the start of annual dividend is the REAL DEAL!!

The pending dividend announcement, if proven true, will surely propel MNRB share price well beyond 1.30 in short term and beyond 2.00 in long term horizon!

Reported EPS in past QRs had always fluctuated widely over the years due to MNRB being a national reinsurance business. If I am not mistaken, a relatively major fire was reported on national news about three months ago or thereabout. That is why I was a bit pessimistic about the coming QR. But I sincerely hope I am wrong!

It is extremely difficult to project quarterly EPS for MNRB unless we have insider information. I always look at the expected EPS for the year instead! I have good confidence that yearly EPS is at least 30 sen given the expected growth in family takaful business, reinforced by rights issue recently.

Hence, MNRB represents an excellent opportunity for long term investor!

Relatively weak closing today BUT the consolation is trading volume is 30M!!

This coming QR is expected to be lower than last QR!
Personally, if the EPS is 8 sen and above, I would accumulate more MNRB shares!

Acid test today for BJLAND share price performance!!!
If today's closing price is 0.225 or higher, then expect current uptrend to have many legs!
Any price reversal indicates short term weakness with support level at 0.200.

Hahaha, I am real! Bought BJLAND shares at 0.180 and still holding the shares now! What irritates me is super_newbie is undecided whether to hold or sell! To stop such irritation, it is better for super_newbie to sell off the shares!

Well, I do hold shares in BJland! I am trying give another perspective/opinion regarding possible privatization of BJland.
I sincerely believe privatization of BJLand will occur but not in the short term as some people profess it!
