"The employees also said there was a fear of retaliation, which was strengthened by the sudden exit of various heads of department.
A year and half into starting operations, AirAsia India lost or replaced close to ten top-level executives and heads of department, including the chief financial officer, commercial director, head of flight operations, operations control, human resources, cabin crew, security and group operations. "
Something seriously wrong with this ex-CEO, who was choice of TF until Tata remove him.

Some update on AAI's fraudulent transaction.
It seem to be ex-CEO personal's fault than at company level, consider good news for AAI. However, as I know up until early this year, the total capital for AAI is about Rs 160 crores (1 crore = 10 mil), 22 crores ex-CEO illegally siphoned represent more than 10% of total capital.
"The Deloitte findings allege that payments worth about Rs 12 crore were made against invoices of HNR Trading, the Singapore entity, for “government/regulatory framework”. But there is no evidence of services being provided.
Additionally, about Rs 10 crore of payments were shown to be made to an entity called Link Media Immigration Services Pvt Ltd, purportedly on account of media services. The investigation didn’t find any such firm registered with the ministry of corporate affairs. Additionally, “site visits to three addresses revealed no business establishment”, the report said.
The scrutiny has also thrown up the name of Rajendra Dubey, who is shown to have assisted Chandilya in liaison activities for AirAsia India and in setting up meetings with prominent politicians, including chief ministers, the report said. This was during the period of the UPA government. "

Oil price actually drop since last week.
However, I would think it would take long time for AA to raise to 8xPE, as many people are scared for repeating of last year stock price dip

I was looking at India Aviation Fuel price. If I have a chance to invest in Indian fuel company, I will sell all my AA share and fully invest in it. Really surprise to learn that Indian fuel price is 60% higher than global price.

BEIJING, China: Malaysia is seeking more flights and better time slots for AirAsia and Malaysia Airlines into China, Transport Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said today. Speaking to the Malaysian media after his courtesy call on China's transport minister Li Xiao Peng here, he said AirAsia had applied for three additional destinations - Nanning and Wuxi from Kuala Lumpur, and Beijing from Bangkok. "These are mainly second tier cities that they have applied for since last year," Liow said, adding that AirAsia already files to 19 destinations in China.
"I am confident that Malaysia's requests received very positive response from minister Li. He has directed his officers to expedite these matters at the working level," he added.
