Many people said if OBM is so good why supermax never make good money all this while compare to the other 3 big brothers?
To me, during normal time, when the supply>demand, then supermax need to pay all the fix cost in their distribution chain like rental for their warehouse in foreign countries, salaries etc, that will eat into their margin since they are not a big distributor compared to others. Other distributors also supply many other medical stuffs other than gloves, so they are the experts and big volume players in the field hence can make more profit than supermax in normal time.
People said it's fishy for supermax to make more money as OBM player, hopefully Monday can change your opinion.

Fully agree with this, if the case is supply more than demand Supermx might be the one who suffer most since they have to bear with operating costs from manufacturing and distribution. However, with covid-19 pandemic and many countries are suffering from second wave, which make glove demand more than supply, Supermx will definitely be the big winner among the glove counters in Malaysia.

Also, be aware that this forum already floated with all traper, both buy call and sell call everywhere. Learn to read and understand who is really sharing the info, who not :)

By logic if you hold a stock and think that it has no future, would you spent day and night convincing other to sell?
Same applied to the other side, if i just brought the stock, i surely try my best to convince new comer to join this and push the price up. Even better let them buy the share i sold.

If K+ fy21 earning is 0.06 x 4 =0.24
IF SUPER fy21 earning is 0.50 x4 = 2.00
2.00/0.24 = 8.3 time

At 5.60 x 8.3 = 46
K+5.60 = super 46
Super 19.30 = K+3.60
