Major contribution is from disposal of properties, so this mega spike is likely to be one-off, take note. Anyway, NTA is great.

Yes, you will never able to predict a price movement, so, back to fundamental. If you still think the company has good future and growth, and you trust the management, then keep/buy, else sell.
