As previously mentioned in our 3QFY17 results update, DNeX expects to recognise final revenue contribution of RM9mn from Malaysia-Singapore VEPRC capex contract in 4QFY17. However, we note that management believes this payment will now only be realised in FY18. Furthermore, we understand that the Thai VEP-RC contract is moving slowly. DNeX does not expect an award in the near future.

PAT for Q4 2017 is around 10 millions to 15 millions based on information from TA research and CIMB research.

Since nothing special for Q4 2017, PAT will be around 10M to 15M.

Very disappointed after read article from TA and CIMB research, DNEX is labelled as DELAY company.

DNEX need to put more effort to grab new projects.

Efficiency must improve in order to survive. Don't put effort in front of media and DBT. It is useless.

DNEX have many dream plan, but lack of capable team to make it happened.

Their slogan "talk talk only, don't treat it seriously".

The major problem of this company is low efficiency.

Director and top management for DNEX and subsidiaries always like to DBT instead of put more effort in company business.

Merger and acquisition already more than a year, so far nothing happened.

Renewable energy sector also same, nothing happened.

PAPA：薪资1千仲介费较低符需求．年引入5万柬佣可吸纳

（雪兰莪．八打灵再也28日讯）大马外国女佣代理协会（PAPA）第一副主席符永辉指出，我国多年来闹“女佣荒”，柬埔寨在6年后解冻，输出女佣来马，即使一年引入3万至5万名柬埔寨女佣来马，大马市场也能吸收。

他对星洲日报指出，柬埔寨女佣的薪资与印尼女佣相去不远，大约1000至1100令吉，印尼女佣仲介费比较高，也比较常逃走。

“菲律宾女佣的仲介费不高，但月薪比较高，约400美元（约1680令吉），所以柬埔寨女佣介于两者之间，且符合一般家庭的需求。”

他说，惟柬埔寨女佣来马可能面对语言障碍的问题，需要多一些时间学习。

符永辉指出，柬埔寨于2015年与我国签署备忘录，目前还未指定由国内相关单位提供培训，还是由代理公司的培训中心个别培训。

首批柬佣料开斋节后来马

人力资源部长拿督斯里里察烈日前透露，在柬埔寨女佣冻结令解除后，第一批柬埔寨女佣预计会在开斋节之后到马。

截至2017年3月31日，大马有183万6224名外劳，其中就有13万2558人（7.22%）是女佣。

2011年因有人指控柬籍女佣遭到当地招聘机构和雇主虐待，柬埔寨总理洪森宣布冻结输出女佣来马。

PIKAP：首批来马100至200人

另一方面，全国职业介绍所组织（PIKAP）主席拿督拉惹朱基菲里指出，我国对女佣的需求量很高，大约需要8000至1万名，但是估计首批来马的柬埔寨女佣是介于100至200人。

他说，虽然柬埔寨已解除禁令，但是当地的市场在禁令期间，转而培训和输出其他领域如种植业、制造业的劳工，还未恢复女佣的培训机制。

“加上一些国家和地区如新加坡、泰国、香港、台湾等的薪资比较高，比较能够吸引柬埔寨女佣。”

他指出，柬埔寨女佣到新加坡工作每月可得550新元薪资、香港则是2000令吉、台湾2700令吉。
