For example, we bought a land in KLCC area about 400-500 psf, and it is selling more than 2000 psf, a lot of buyers asking the price for the land and we can sell it easily if we want to. Pitbull, i am not worried the big economic crisis will coming within this few years. As u know, market sentiment is still weak, many people still lost thier job and company stop to hire new staff. Bear market will happen when all the world market index in the record high. Look at HSI, SGX, and KLCI, we are not in the record high yet, nothing for me to worry.
