U can see a lot 100% gain counters in bursa recently, TA is one of the counters that undervalued a lot...

I believe many investors still holding cost above RM0.40.

This stock without catalyst to go up.

For example, Damansara Avenue, 48 acres, 10 years master plan. Look back 5 years ago, after AZELIA condo completed, said that want to launch Ativo SOFO, but public is waiting for too long. With the latest launch ATIVO SUITES, mention 10 years master plan again...I don't think they can complete all projects within 5 years.

Frankly speaking, i suspect the integrity of TAGB board of directors sometimes. If u read annual report and read news in the newspaper, they always said that the project will launch at certain time, but always cannot fullfill the promise.

Will TA3 & TA4 in KLCC area selling like a hot cake when it launched? It is an oversupply in the KLCC area...

Small Cap index increase a lot year to date, this is one of the factors we need to take precaution about.

Look like the Trump effect have price in the TAGB share price in the short term.

Trump effect fades will bring down the share price for TAGB.

While having some good news, sometimes need to take precaution as well. For example, Tony Tiah bought a lot of TA few years back, but the share price still drop to below his purchase price. Nobody can predict the share price, just manage risk well.

People took profit, or maybe some have margin call so that force to sell the share...

Market sentiment not good, people will throw at low price, for those who have cash, can wait at the lower price to take advantages.

Single digits PE ratio, let say all the 4 quarters continue to make more profit this year, PE will go down further again.

Tony Tiah a lot of money, he need to kick out the short term traders first, so that he will repurchase with low price again. We just wait what will happen soon, I believe Tony Tiah will continue to buy it again very soon.

Recurring income from hotels and brokerage fee always sustain company's profitability

Unlikely to happen, this stock need to climb at least 100% from 0.435.

Switch fromTAGB to TA

TAGB will start to climb higher after traders sold this 2 days, have a patient to wait.

Public will start to pay attention to TA soon.

I know one of the Flbhd worker, the worker told me a lot of job there. No increment this year, it is operating 24 hours, no reason to scare.

Why TA Enterprise?
1. TA Market value is less than % of TAGB holding
2. Share price lagging behind compared to TAGB
3. TAGB up, TA surely follow to trend higher
4. TA sell broker firm or merge, will benefit to TA
5. Conservative strategy
6. 1 stone 2 birds.

I like TA group, to mitigate risk, switch from TAGB to TA is another way to hold TAGB + TA securities biz.

Super888, look at the overall bursa volume today, volume reduce compared to last week, I think investor take precaution as FBMKLCI surge a lot recently, and it need correction first. 1Q16, TA inccured losses, however overall trading volume increase gradually from Jan17 till now, TA securities will benefit from it. Beside, hotels refurbishment have completed last year, Trump hotel in Vancouver opened last month, will sustain TA share price. Profit taking is a must before the price continue to trade higher & higher.

Tony Tiah did not make any move this 2 days, so that the price not going up. Why? Tony Tiah need to take a breath, he can't push up the price to let the trader get profit everyday.

mlike, so fast change your outlook on TAGB? Look like u have influenced by Mr. Market.

I attended TA & TAGB Agm for 4 consecutive years since 2013, i understand the TAGB & TA well.

No need to scare la, just manage the risk

Actually both counters also good, but I prefer TA to TAGB due to cheaper. I am indirectly holding TAGB as well. Just be patient to wait TA price up.

TA share price is not reflected the value of TAGB's price up, will catch up soon, it is just a matter of time.

Buy TA is like buy TAGB with a discount + free TA securities biz. Like what singh1 said. TAGB go up, TA will benefit a lot.

Singh1, I guess Tony intends to buy more on TA, but if he keep on buy TA, it will trigger MGO, which Tony do not want it to happen.

In term of valuation, TA is cheaper compared to TAGB at this point of time. I believe downside risk for TAGB is there for short term.

Why I feel more upside to come for TA?

TA holding 60.17% or 3,202,334,270 units TAGB.
3,202,334,270 units x RM0.38 = The TAGB's value holding by TA.

Total number of share- TA - 1,711,909,630 units.
Market value: 1,711,909,630 units x RM0.62 = TA market value.

TA market value should exceed the 60.17% of TAGB market value, right? Take your calculator now, u will know what I mean. Thank you.

Tony buy will tringger MGO, that why Tony bought TAGB instead of TA. For me, TA is worth to buy compared to TAGB.

Tagb keep on increase, TA is still cheap. Buy.

Look at my previous comment, u will know that how TA is undervalued. Catalyst for TA, trading vol in bursa increase a lot, Tony keep on accumulate TAGB.
