Total Number shares of TA is 1,711,909,630, that mean Tony Tiah need to accumulate another 56,055,877 shares in order to achieve 33%. Based on the latest acquisition by Tony Tiah, he bought average 1,000,000 units shares daily, assuming he maintain to purchase 1,000,000 daily, he only need to use 57 trading days or 3 months to achieve 33%. Based on my calculation, the share price will definitely achieve at least RM1.00 if Tony Tiah manage to accumulate another 3.27% of TA shares. If MGO confirm, the price offer should above RM1.00, but should be below of NTA, no choice!

After that, I think Tony Tiah & Alicia - the managing director of the TA Group, will focus on their property arm-TA Global. Planed to set up a REITs to unlock the value of its properties will become realistic soon.

From IPO 0.50 drop until now, it is quite disappointed in term of the share price, but is out of our control, market is not really appreciate what the TAGB is doing now. Menara TA one is doing a makeover now, hopefully the rental is not affected by oversupply in KLCC area but going to increase after that. I like the biz model of TA Global, when they launch a new project or shop lot, they will keep some units for rental to ensure that they have a recurring income, it is one of the way to manage it cash flow, it will also benefit TAGB if the property price increase. Most of the land acquired by TA Global back to more than 10 years ago, major in Klang Valley, Kluang-Johor, etc. If you only look at the land, the market value is increase alot, but it is not reflected in the company's balance sheet. When you talk about hotel management, TA Global have portfolio in Australia, Thailand, Singapore, Canada and China, it is all about recurring income. Whether Ta Global is a good buy, different investors have different on views, but for me, 0.29 is really unfair, it is far below its NTA.
