Alliance raised target price for TA to RM1.20 from RM1.00 and maintain a "buy" call.

Understand that TA posted a good results. However, we can't too optimistic as i believe some traders(maybe some of you) may sell it to take profit & dividend. Otherwise, many of you will feel disappointed. If can break the recent 3 months high at 0.87, then what i want to say "see you at RM1.00".

Based on annual report, TA Global is going to develop the TA3&4 in KLCC area end of this year. It is going to start unlock its land value slowly. Plus, recurring income from office, hotel and Ativo Plaza..Let wait the AGM by tomorrow.

All outstanding ICPS holder does not convert his ICPS into ordinary shares by 3Oct2014 shall be mandatorily converted into the company's new ordinary shares. It is a 1 to 1 conversion.

tkg8, i do not have target price, but RM1 is very conservative for me. How about you? It is hard for retailer to move up TA price, let wait for instituition to push up later..

I have a strongly sense that TA will start to move on tomorrow...bursa volume is increasing, many youngsters realized that FD is not a way to earn money...many think that the outlook of brokerage firm is lucrative as well, so the market valuation for TA is quite low compared to few years ago...It is provide an opportunity to buy at attractive price.
