If for every 5 share they issue 6, means the total number of shares will increase by twofold while earnings remain the same. Does it mean that the share price will be diluted by half (to 10 sen) after the RI?

Chan Yok Peng disposed 20m shares off-market on 13 March 2015 for 19 sen per share. Why would he sell his shares off-market for 19 sen each when it can be sold for 23 sen in the open market?

I don't see any new announcements today?

What is his intention of buying off-market everyday? And why would someone sell it to him for 20.5 sen when it can be sold for 23 sen in the open market?

40 sen was the old proposal, I think it has since been changed to 20 sen.

Halim will have to goreng the share at some point, because if the price stays between 21-23 sen there will be very little incentive for shareholders to subscribe the rights issue at 20 sen. Price difference so small, might as well just buy from open market.

Surely they cannot allow the share price to fall to 20 sen or below. Otherwise there would be no incentive to take up the rights issue.

Oh sorry, I just read the AGM notice. The rights issue will be priced at 20 sen.
