Yes, I totally agreed with mick23.....................good for companies on expansion with a lot of projects n contracts but not good for troubled companies.

The directors n majority shareholders should know better than us................what r our shareholdings comparing to theirs ...............huge capital will make huge profit ...........!!!

V must also know that Iris has a lot of projects n need additional capital to take up n perform the projects to earn more profit n expand overseas................all these need money/capital, otherwise no improvement n remain the same all the time.............how to make huge profit for all of us shareholders???

Chua, I think it's good for the company as the it will have more capital to take up projects n also for future expansion n moreover the company's shares reserve account will also increase. This is my opinion only. Correct me if I'm wrong. Trade at own risk.

The placement shares price will be higher probably around 50sen if based on 56 sen less 10%............... ...(56 sen less 5.6 sen). This is my guess only. Trade at own risk.

If I'm not mistaken the IPO is 23 sen n now is almost touching the IPO price which I think is cheap. I don't think those who applied during the IPO n got their shares r willing to sell their shares lower than 23.5 sen n that also only made half sen. If v can get below 23.5 sen then they must be from the directors/major shareholders as their cost is only 10 sen n if they sell then they r not a good directors/major shareholders n is not good for this company.
