The problem is that Bursa allows the major shareholders/ directors who r selling or buying sometime to notify them about the transactions n by then when v all know, the price would have drop or rise so much already. The Bursa should shorten the time say by next trading day then v will know the news early for us to make the decision whether to buy or not. Can anyone tell us what is period now to inform Bursa about the transactions done by the major shareholders/directors? This is my opinion only. Trade at own risk.

The most important thing to observe is that the directors/major shareholders shouldn't sell their shares. If they do then something wrong must be happening to the company. If not then v don't have to worry about the company no matter how much it drops, eventually the price will adjust itself after good news n results r out n proves that the company is doing well with good profits. Kukuman, I tried to sell my balance at 23 sen today but was not done. If I knew I would have sold all on Monday but anyway I still have some fund to trade in other counters n therefore can afford to wait for the right price to sell later.

Gweilo, I know that buying low n selling high is sure profit but in share trading nobody knows when is the highest n when is the lowest. Kukuman, previously missed the opportunity to sell for profit n later had been trying luck that it may go up but all the while it never happened so already lost the patience n decided to sell at a loss. I'll use the proceeds from the sales to invest in other counters...........hope not the wrong ones!!!

I don't think Felda wants it this way n also I don't think the management/directors of Iris would want to cheat the institutions with pp if the company don't have prospects. This is my opinion only. Kenneth89, the dividend was already ex n was also accounted for but the date of payment is 18/04/14. Therefore it will not affect the price on that day for the dividend.

My guess is 10% up........will be1.26.................
