New group of substantial shareholders buying to push up while the old group of major shareholders/directors selling to push down the price n I really don't know why. By right all of them should compromise n think of ways to build the company so that it can become profitable. This is my opinion only. No offence.

Please also read the company's announcement dated 02/09/2013 regarding the Proposed Private Placement of 25% of the issued and paid-up share capital of the company in which llisting applicacation has been sent to Bursa to seek their approval which I think is a good sign. What is ur opinion Go Jon?

Go Jon, u r right n it's worth while to buy warrants when the market is good especially now n it also depends on the exipry date of the warrants, the longer the better. It's also not necessarily be that when the mother share goes up 2 sen the son will follow the same amount. Sometimes when mother share goes up 2 sen the son might only go up 1 sen. Any way I think this company is good n has propects.....................mother or the son r equally good. This is my opinion only.

By right the warrant should be around 6 sen but has been inflated higher. It's always nomal for warrants to be listed higer with anticipation of mother share to improve further.

Go Jon, the par value of Iris is 15 sen n when mother share hits 28 sen, then the warrant B should be around 13 sen. Conversion of warrants will be at 15 sen n now warrant B is at a premium of 6.5 sen. I hope i'm right. Correct me if I'm wrong. Tq.

There is not much to complain about as it is a profit making company, paying dividend although small anytime better than so many PN 17 companies where so many clever people r chasing n talking about.

Musang, I think the par value of any company whether it is 10sen or 5 sen doesn't matter much so long as the company can make profit n I hope this company with its new major shareholders/directors can turn it into a profit making company with new prijects. This is my opinion only n hope it'll come true.

Profit making company declared 1sen dividend although nominal but still a good gesture.

May i suggest that Bursa comes up with additional requirement to impose major shareholders/directors to submit on the same day informations on their share trading (purchases/sales) of their company's shares of big volumes after the end of the day trading to avoid manipulation so that traders will know n decide what to do the next day n trade wisely. I'm sured it can be done as presently any company which is going to takeover another company has to submit end ot the day's report of its purchases of the shares of that company e.g. was OSK Holdings recently. Now it takes so long to know n by then when v get to know v have already involved more in that particular counter. I spoke generally in all counters in Bursa n this is my opinion only n hope share traders will agree with me.

If only the major shareholders/directors supported their company by BUYING INSTEAD OF SELLING their shares just like Pwroot's directors then the price will not drop much n will continue to go up.

In any counters when major shareholders/directors didn't sell their shares in big volumes then that counters will be safe n stable for v small traders. Otherwise susah lah!!!

Directors of Pwroot, Dato How n Dato Low had supported the counter by buying 81.000 n 220,000 shares respectively on 27/08/2013 so at least to give us cofidence in the company. Tq Dato. Pwroot Kuat!!!

Tq Alfred, as for Censof I'll be losing about 10k if I sell the shares now as I purchased the shares at quite a high price. I guess I'll have to wait for sometimes until the price go up higher so that at least I can make some profit.

I'm also waiting to sell as my holding is not much now n I think u're right it's not a good counter to play. Recently I bought UEMS n Pwroot n have made some profit. UEMS is better n within 2 days has gone up more than 30 sens.
