I've Q in at 18.5 sen to buy but after reading ladzatz posting, I've decided to withdraw n hope I've made the correct decission.

Today I just bought some shares at 48 sen to average down my holdings as I felt that it had gone down quite a lot n I hope tomorrow it'll go up..................good for everybody!

Nova stagnant at 7.5 sen, no movement at the moment n hard to buy at 7 sen.

Anbz u r back already n nice to hear from u again. I've invested some money in this counter n hope it'll go up soon. My average is about 22.6 sen n I think it is not high.

Tq Lawrence, I'm ok as I'm holding a small volume only , 700 lots at an average of 53.5 sen. If it goes down further I can buy in another 300 lots to average down. Tq again Alex n Lawrence.

It's ok Alex, what I posted is my opinion n if it goes down I'll keep the shares as investments no matter how long. Moreover this company is making profit n 1sen dividend has been declared if I'm not mistaken. Cheers up Alex, no hard feelings.

Alex Chan, y think negatively? U want to buy at a lower price? I think no way it'll drop to 45 sen as the major shareholders (directors) had converted their 10 millions warrants at 46 sen into ordinary shares whereas they can slowly sell their warrants at a profit in the market n then buy the mother shares. What made them so hurry to convert the warrants?

Just like ramona rahman said that she had waited 10 years for this counter to go up higher than her purchased price of 52 sen n this company has already been around for 10 years n still standing n can still continue to go further ......................n hopefully to improve further with profit.

Still unable to get at .23 sen during closing time at 12.30 pm n I think I 've to buy straight away at .235 sen when market opens at 2.30 pm.

Stagnant at .23 n .235 with big volumes but slow in transactions. Q at .23 sen but still unable to get n will be waiting patiently.

No cause for alarm as the company is still making profit n if it can get more awards of contracts from the government its earning will be stronger. So many other loss making penny stock companies r on the up trend n don't worry about Censof n if drops it'll give us an opportunity to collect the shares at a cheaper price. This is my opinion only. Use ur own judgement n trade wisely.

The director wanted more voting rights so he increased his shareholdings by converting his warrants into ordinary shares. If I'm not mistaken holders of warrants r not entitled to vote in any AGM or EGM. Enlighten me if I'm wrong. Tq.

When increase in shares after private placement, the company got more capital for expansion n reducing debt which in turn will increase earning.

Iris is profit making whereas nova is running at a loss n should not be able to catch up the former.

Ya Alex Chan ur reason is also correct since private placement has already taken place, he needs voting rights.

Ya u r correct bigFAT, the director convert the warrants probably to get the rights issue is more like it than the dividend.

Maybe the company is going to declare dividend. This is my opinion only.

Company still making profit but lesser than the last quarter probably there r reasons for the reduction.

Why this counter heading south now n dropped 10sen today? Any negative news?

Still have to wait for Monday as price is not appreciating yet.

Hi Kakashi, I managed to sell some today at 61.5 sen n made about RM700-00. I'll try to sell the rest tomorrow n hope to get a good price n make a better profit.

Price still looks cheap, active with good support, moved within few sen up n down.

Very active these few days n price appreciating showing a good sign.

This counter is dropping now n is it the right time to enter?
