there had been sell sell all the way for last 3 days, I think this afternoon and monday will be buy all the way. Theoretically, the OR worth 0.11 taking the after EX price per share is 0.24.

Haha, after you have purchased the OR, you have up to 28th to decide whether you want to subscribe the OR that you have had, if decided not to, you will then sell before 28th Oct. If you decided to go ahead, you then pay 0.175 to convert this OR to mother share. For every 4 ORs converted, you entitled to 1 free Warren.

scott, yes tradable but do take note that the OR will be traded starting fr tomorrow and mother price will be either up or down violently, ensure you dont get caught.

ayeefk, yes, but you will need to owe the OR first before you can subscribe the mother share. The price for OR will depend on the existing mother share price and the WA price.

Ayeefk, buying OR and cost 0.175 each to subscribe each OR to mother share, and for every 4 ORs subscribed entitle to 1 free WA.

0.14 is the par value for the mother share after restructured. as how much the WA cost is depending on the mother share price, to convert WA to mother share after mature date is 0.32 each.

I dont know, all are manipulated by the sharks there, not the true reflection of the health of the company. I was holding many WA, and I actuall saw it drop fr 0.44 down to 0.22 on the same day and yet did nothing, end up having big loss on this counter.

u have to pay 0.175 each to convert your 1 OR to 1 mother share. after conversion, you then get 1 WA free for every 4 ORs subscribed. so, if the mothershare can go up, the OR theorectically should worth lots more.

wah, that is very attractive indeed, just 0.175 to convert. but looking at the communication so far, I dont think this is right. there is no different between new warren and old warren. overall, is still WA. the 0.175 is for OR to convert to mother share.

WA vs WB, is there a different for the new warren vs the old warren? I thought current WA is being adjusted by giving 0.108 free warren and convertion price down from 0.35 to 0.32?

looking at the rate it go, I think today should hold at current price. hopefully tomorrow and monday will be able to hold to this pricing too.

to push up OR,the mother share price will be push up first. hopefully this will happen.
