whatever price you pay is for the future of the company. base on its current financial performance cos it wont worth so much. JM is making profit of 9M last year, and Infortec pay 64M for this company through shares issueing.

the price movement just started, and number of shares available in market is limited. there may be price correction but to move back to 0.20+ region before announcement of the OR is very unlikely. as of TP, I believe it worth >0.65. my opinion.

I think before OR allocation is make known, it will still continue go up. No ref on TP as this is already all time high. However assuming at 4.5:1 ratio, and PP at $0.245, then in theory, it should worth min 0.245+4.5X(0.245-0.14) = $0.715. Just what I think.
