SCIB proposed Bonus issue of shares and warrant.

For shares bonus issue , it was completed.

For bonus issue of warrant, it is 1:2 (For every 2 SCIB u own , u will get 1 SCIB warrant) .

The EX date on 02-feb-2021 (Mean u need to hold the share on 01-feb-2021 5pm).

The warrant exercise price for warrant is 1.77 and have a maturity period of 3 years.

As you can see , currently the share price alrdy RM1.70 , so this warrant will be very valuable.

I am hoping this warrant to reach min.70 sens at year end of 2021.

Personally I feel like SCIB stock price not only correlated to Kpower, but a lot has to do with Serbadk as all the receivables are from Serba. If Serba cash flow is tight means SCIB won't be able to get their receivables as well.

Q3 is decisive Quarter !

If Q3 can get 10 sens EPS , Q4 will fly like no tomorrow , because of commencement of SERBAK contract in October !

Karim targeted 62mil PAT , for Q1 and Q2 = 9.2 mil PAT.

Remaining roughly 52mil PAT / Q3 , Q4 = 25mil PAT each

But i m more conservative , i only wish RM12mil PAT each for Q3 and Q4.(50% of Karim target)

RM 1.1 per share , with warrant exercise price of RM1.43.

Possible warrant RM0.10 to RM0.20 , assume RM0.15

RM 0.15 x 2 = RM0.30 for free warrant

Still a 6.8% "free money" .

Somemore i believe most of our cost is below RM3.5 ^^

Ally Yee Min Ong If what Karim mentioned is real. Then, Q3 PAT could possible stand above RM20 millions. As for the warrant exercise price, if Dato Karim intent to fix the exercise price below RM1 then everyone will be beneficial too. But, I don't think it going to happen.

2. SUPERMAX market cap is beyong UNCLE 's capacity to GORENG . After he failed to GORENG supermax , and Topglove , finally he retreated to goreng AT .

His pattern we all very clear dy.

First week = supermax is good
second week = I sold supermax , shift to top glove
Third week = Topglove going to rise to RM100
Forth week = I sold topglove and shift to supermax
Fifth week = Now i goreng AT dy.
