Magni recent annual report stated, for every 10% weakening of RM to USD, it will earn an extra RM4millions ++.... Now the rate at RM4.3 per USD, or 20% weakening since 30Apr , hope to see an annual EPS=60sen on this coming this DEC !!!

Finally KESM moved up.
Hopefully they would accept Mr Ooi's proposal , and surge for another round !!!

I absolutely agree that index will be higher in the average 10 years time . But which call warrant has the expiry date of 10 years ? Some people buy in put because they are not optimistic to the market in short term period. As long as there are bulls, the will be bear . This is market . Just u buy the put/call warrant at the right time, u will be rewarded. I believe next week is the profit taking week, and the sells call will be heavier due to the only 4 trading day. This is jz my personal opinion.
Btw , if there are 10years expiry date call warrant , pls tell me . I would like to buy some also . Tq

"Annualizing" the last quarter EPS is absolutely stupid.That is WHY i emphasize on next quarter report , because i wish to know how KESM Test cause effect to the typical WEAK QUARTER!!!

However, what i would like to emphasize is , the management does making good use of the cash in doing further expansion in business and it is a good sign.

It is better than some company who keeping their 900millions cash in the freezer of bank for about 5 years dy.

I dunno how well Mr PM is good in giving speech. However, i am quite sure he is good in managing the country. When he is minister of def , Submarine case , and Flight Engine case. When he is minister of Finance , MYR depreciation case , 1MBD case , and donation case. As a leader for the related department , i strongly suggest if he can manage his subordinate well.

When the bull comes , people tend to forget the bear , and vice versa.
Oil price dropped from USD 100 to USD 40, KLCI dropped from 1800 to 1500,
But when oil price raise from USD 40 to USD 50, KLCI fly from 1500 to 1700.
However what really harm our nation is an UNCLEAR COMPANY who owns 42 BIllions of DEBT , and a UNCLEAR RICH SAUDI GUY , who donated 700 millions USD.
Please think carefully , HK , Singapore , Switzerland and USA also want to investigate this SUPER COMPANY , U THINK IT WILL BE CLEAN?
Be fair , USA and Singapore might has some political intention , BUT HK's ICAC and Switzerland are well known in ANTI CORRUPTION.

If the coming quarter result can give a 10Sen EPS , this share will break RM5. Although the NTA is quite high for this share , but the ROE of the share is quite low. The only ways to release its value is pushing up the EPS.
Since the management had taken several ways to expand its business , ie:70millions investment proposal , buying over the KESM Test, is no harm to keep until next quarter only make the decision.

This magni trend , looks like VS last time . I guess it will stop moving soon as PE =10 dy. However, if after split and show good result on next quarter ( Should be no problem ^^ ) , it will rocket again.
The next quarter result is based on (Aug ,Sept and Oct result) , and Now is October dy !! Thank to our hardworking of PRIME MINISTER ,i am confident that Magni will present an outstanding quarter result soon within 3 months.

There are two more types of company we should avoid :
1. Own a lot of cash , but keep in bank for yearssssss. (maybe they can share buyback / expand their business , but absolutely not going for 3.5% interest rate)
2. Good EPS , but did not declare dividend for several years. (Eg. RHB, ALLIANZ and latitude has good EPS , but EXTREMELY low dividend)

After 4 hours , FED will announce the decision on whether the interest rate is raised or remaining the same. Since last year ,FED has been hesitating on making this decision, whenever the day comes, the world-wide share market swinging up and down vigorously.
However, does it really bother us ? Some people would say , raising of interest rate will encourage foreign fund to retreat from Malaysia (the world) , thus worsen the depreciation of MYR . Some people would also say , hiking of interest rate will make our share market collapse. Undeniably , if FED rises the interest rate next morning , the market will suffer a minor earthquake.
BUT,if you treat this as the chance to buy cheap and megasale share ,congratulation, you are a real investor , and i believe that the return after the earthquake will be adorable. If you choose to throw away the share in the megasale,what i can say is you are just feeding you valuable share into the mouth of ValuaCAP.I believe market will not collapse until another larger crisis happened in Malaysia. After few days or one week , the sunshine reappear again.
Personally , i think that FED would raise the interest rate , in little amount, to "test the water",as the recent economy data shown a good and healthy growing in US economy, and the reaction of market would be minor , as all is well prepared and numb to FED indecisive "pattern".
The above statement is merely my opinion , please correct me if i am wrong , or do comment on your thinking below.

May-End of July quarter report , USD range from RM3.6-RM3.81 . Now USD at RM4.23,let say it is strengthen to RM3.8 , the range still from RM4.23- RM3.8 , SO WHAT??? ^^

Look back latest quarter EPS, anything make u frustrated ?

KESM will depends on its final quarter result. If outstanding result is shown ,i believe it will fly faster than bullet train as it extremely high NTA (CASH).

Magni ,with ROE =19 , PE=8.++, DY=3% ,export base company, pure cash status, which makes me consider it as the GEM of KLSE. In fact Mr Bear , if you want , you still has the chance to sell your share at RM4.8. Although your buying price is RM4.7 , u also make some kopi duit mahhh....
Every uptrend share has it adjustment , and it is the best time for people to top up/accumulate/buy in. Even VS last time had once dropped to RM5.10 , before it rushed to RM6.5 .

In term of value buying , HG , HP and HQ are better choice than HK.
HK currently selling at premium of 1525 KLCI , why not you choose a lower premium one ? I think market still not yet recover as the "MiniBull" will become STEAK soon ,cook by 1MBD , 916 demonstration, Fed rise rate issue , and super POWERFUL RINGGIT performance !!!

Mooi , basically u are right , but it does not make much different.
Eg if u own 2000 shares at RM3 , bonus issue 1:2 , u will get 3000 share , but the price becomes RM2. It is like RM3 x 2000 = RM6000 , and RM2 x 3000 = RM6000.
But what we focus is on its EPS (52sens) , which make this share trade at PE= 8.4 .

Oil price is at below 46USD, IMBD new 1.4Bil USD issue , USD to MYR 4.32 . Currently most bright share belongs to export base.Enter this C-12 for its premium currently at 1650 Point is utter risky.
Would also like emphasize that H5 will follow the step of HK too.

It is not a greedy guess to say , it might follow VS share price.

China UP or US up does not really affect much to Malaysia.(Eg: US drop 400-600point but EPF support, will make KLCI end up with just -7.00)

The lowest premium of Put belongs to HP and HG. Which i believe that HG might gives better return as lower price. China and US are having "Mini Bull" , but the "Mini Bull" in Malaysia just only give a chance for foreign fund to sell their share at higher price. As long foreign fund never stop retreating their fund , Malaysia problem still EXIST!!! (1MBD , depreciating of ringgit, 700Mil USD case)
