expect final dividend to be announce after Q4 results out by 28th Feb, likely another 5 cents minimum, hope it is 10 cents as EPS for FY 2014 may surpass 70 cents. A 30 % dividend policy would be great to attract Institution investors.

trade deficit already factor in...stock market always reacts in advance..as long as Dow not facing major correction and waiting oil to reverse trend (maybe by end of 1st qtr), market sentiment may improve back.....Europe is still struggling to come out from negative growth....let us see what KSL management has to say in end Feb after the result announcement...also heavily depending on China next qtr growth prospect !!
