extra ordinary gain of assets disposal to reflect in Q1 next year which is equal to around 5.5 cent EPS , anticipate Q1 next year EPS come close to 8 cents. This only announce in next year May. BY May next year, the NTA is likely to be RM 1.50 to RM 1.55, current share price is really undervalue

take a closer look at KSL, with BI confirmed, and well support by director shares buy back and also company buy back, a long term GEM!!

kpsc is another counter I look at longer term, well below NTA..with great assets value and healthy EPS...very cheap currently...well supported by Director shares buy back
