As far as dividend policy, i don't remember anything said about 45%, more like 30 to 35%...

here's the dividend record if anyone wants to do research:-
the last dividend = 21 Feb 2018 after a big gap (and after a triangle consolidation as well)... like yesterday... then after a few days, helped it to break significant resistance.... of course, it did not go straight up, it actually gave chance to retailers to catch up by doing a back test to fill the gap... before moving higher without looking back....

so will history repeats itself? Will we still have chance to buy at the gap between 1.48 to 1.51??? Well, many case studies show gap does get filled at times... but not always...

yes, cash balance and cash flow is down by 7m... but i hate the interest expense, by the time 4th quarter, they will be paying almost RM16mil to serve the interest... imagine yearly profit can have 16mil more or 4mil more per quarter or even last year, 22mil can go for share buy back, what the 16mil can do... that's a lot... RM400mil of liabilities and 16mil per year of interest = 4% interest rate? then taikor topglove is better with the credit facility, basically paying bond at 2%.... smarter way of doing business....

i think from the presentation last time this one is block A (3Q 2019 cal year) - 2.2b and block B (1Q 2020 cal year) - 2.2b.... so that means about 20% production gain for end FY2020.. FY2019 - consolidation, FY2020 growth again...

the volume these few days are good... if this week can announce good results, can help to launch new up-trend... so far based on previous patterns, they like Tues and Fri announce QR...

The 2 counters - Harta and superman both registering > 2% up movement... and also their QR release is getting near, could even be today... so not sure who is the one with good result and now getting ahead of the action, although superman is a bit more worrying, as it's the only one with bearish macd already crossed... but harta and the rest with still positive macd... but then again, superman could even surprise with tax returns... good luck all for the defining moment...
