i think since Airasia can't trade, maybe some pple will punt on AAX instead...

Guessing only... But this is the fastest route to establish airline company in china. Ready branding and ready aircraft and ready future delivery. Lcc and Aircraft leasing also confirm got business... 1.3b ready population... Interconnectivity to everywhere.. To south east asia, india, russia, kazath, nepal, iran, egypt, japan, korea, etc.... Even china itself also massive..

strategic collaborations with Chinese companies, from Tencent, Alipay and Union Pay for payments to Industrial and Commercial Bank of China for aircraft financing and China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings Ltd for aircraft leasing. - think already give hint? China aircraft leasing group. Should be this one selling aac to....

can they sign so fast? Does not need AGM or EGM to seek approval? What is the normal process?

makes sense, bcoz AGM is 25 May this year, so usually announce quarterly results before AGM from past few years...

This morning got my c38 cheques. The staff is friendly but the security is tight though. I asked is there any other ways to get the money? The answer is no. Either by post or pick up personally, has to be cheque.
