@ DICKY, We are listed in Swiss Stock exchange, okay? My point is local workers despite whatever benefit given to them, MC 18 days treated as public holidays, fully taken. Employer willing to pay higher but what they get is all nonsense.

RM1800 + RM 200 = RM 2000 basic pay for operators. How much is engineer's pay now? Some less than 2000. P UKI MAK tu simpan lah utk keluarga you!

We have the experience of this just 2 months ago. We replaced the contract overdue foreign workers with locals, with starting salary of RM 1800 exclusive of meal, transport & attendance allowance. Despite the pandemic, one word I can describe the locals : pathetic. The recruitment fee is as good as throwing to pacific ocean! No wonder Malaysia is lagging behind so far from Singapore!

CW is actually allowed as leveraging tool, just like margin. CW, 99% you lose to bank. CW is good only for FIFO. The IB never expected the bull run for gloves for March 20. They issued CW and at the same time they buy mother share. When the expiry date is near, they will sell the mother share to press down the price so that the CW is out of money. For CW with high premium you better don't touch. Want to gain some experience you can try with 5K. Max 10K. Bursa learning fee, I call it!
